01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 939win. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration process; ticking the confirmation box during registration; logging in to an existing Account; or using any 939win service or feature.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 939win Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 939win.

939win reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 939win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 939win or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or close family member of any employee of 939win or its affiliated service providers.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number to which an OTP verification will be sent. 939win may request additional documentary evidence of identity, age, or address at any time as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by 939win may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening, operation, or use of more than one Account by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 939win login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring your Account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying 939win support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

939win shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Account security obligations. 939win reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 939win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and retail cash OTC. Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmed receipt by 939win's payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, unless prior approval has been obtained from 939win's payments team. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 939win targets the following processing timescales, though these are not guaranteed:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallet withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• Raast transfers: typically within seconds of approval.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, general interbank): same business day when submitted before 17:00 PKT.

939win does not impose withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 939win's control. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your winnings under Pakistani law.

939win reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

939win offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 939win reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games, live casino tables, or sports markets may be excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution.
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated as combinable in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse or exploitation of any promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 939win reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 939win are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific or market-specific rules, where they apply, take precedence over these general rules.

• Bets are not accepted from Players who are suspended, excluded, or whose Accounts are under review.
• 939win reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, at any time and without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including incorrectly stated prices, suspended market prices made available in error, or system malfunction — 939win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• All in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. 939win accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of incorrect live scores, statistics, or other data feed errors.
• Cricket markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the official result declared by the governing body (PCB / ICC) at the conclusion of play, including super overs and DLS-adjusted results where applicable.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 939win, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits may vary by market, sport, or Player account status. 939win may apply individual account limits to any Player at any time.

08 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 939win are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers operating under their own regulatory frameworks. The following conditions apply:

• All slot and casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under direct regulatory oversight.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the individual game information panels. Advertised RTP values represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, 939win will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome. Where a fair determination cannot be made, bets placed on the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any casino or slot game. Such use constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 939win platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance in placing bets or interacting with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately. Any such discovery must be reported to 939win support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or any conduct that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse engineer, or compromise the 939win platform, its security infrastructure, or its backend systems.
• Using a payment method belonging to a third party without their explicit authorisation.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer through systematic exploitation, including coordinated play across multiple accounts.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 939win platform — including but not limited to the 939win brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 939win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the 939win platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or exploited in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of 939win. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

11 Privacy & Data

939win collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the 939win Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described therein, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service communications.

939win will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

939win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform's full Responsible Gaming policy is detailed at 939win Responsible Gaming. In summary:

• All services are strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above.
• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cool-off periods from within their Account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion options — including temporary exclusion periods and permanent closure — are available to all registered Players without restriction or penalty.
• 939win employs trained staff to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling behaviour. Players identified as potentially at risk may be contacted proactively.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during any active exclusion period. Any winnings accrued in breach of a self-exclusion will be forfeited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939win's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

939win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 939win has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

939win does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party connectivity issues, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.

14 Amendments to These Terms

939win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 939win will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record, or by prominent notice on the platform. Notification does not require individual acknowledgement from each Player.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Your continued use of the 939win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure at any time.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 939win holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, account balance, or transaction, you must first contact 939win support via live chat or by email and allow 939win a reasonable period — not less than ten (10) business days — to investigate and respond.
